 HOW TO CELEBRATE RAKSHA BANDHAN ❔
We all celebrate Rakshabandhan with great enthusiasm.  On that day, the sisters tie their brothers to their safety, for their protection, the brothers also give gifts to their sister after tying them.

WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THIS FESTIVAL SINCE PRE-COLONIAL PERIOD AND WHEN AND WHY RAKSHA BANDHAN STARTED? THERE ARE SOME STORIES IN THIS CONTEXT.❔

Why is Raksha Bandhan celebrated? It is also mentioned in the Bhavishya Purana.❔

According to this story, in ancient times, there was a struggle with gods and demons for 12 years, in this war, when Goddess was losing, Indra went to Guru Brahaspati where his wife Sachi was also present.  Seeing Indra sad: Indrani said, Swami, tomorrow is Brahma Sukal Purnima, I have a defense formula from the law, you will be able to get it tied to the health reading Brahmins.  The sutra was tied to the Swasti Vachan Puravaka Brahaspati, thus Indra and all the Gods were protected by a Raksha Sutra.
