You are fond of eating pizzas and burgers.you also take fizzy drinks like coke and tinned juices almost regularly. You create a scene when Mother does not oblige you. Dear Aman! You don't know the ill-effects of fast and fried food.They will upset your stomach soon.They will make you obese.your friends will make a fun of you and start calling you 'Tatty'. when you grow old,you may catch many incurable diseases like joint pains, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. Please cut on the intake of fast food . Eat simple, home-made food and drink fresh food juice or lemonade. Take at least eight glasses of water daily. Try to take milk daily. INTRODUCTION The rainy season is very pleasant. It comes  after the Summer. It is welcomed by all. The rainy season starts in India in early July and continues up to September. It comes as a great relief to the world suffering  from excessive  heat and scorching rays of the sun. The summer season started from March to June. Up to February the rays of the sun are soothing and We like to bask in the sun. But in March the season change. The sun-rays become hotter day by day and we beging to get perspiration.The entire  earth become heated in this season.                                           In summer season, the few hours of the morning are pleasant. In March the does not become very hot before non. But by April and May the sun becomes not by 9.am. The sun becomes very hot by noon in May and June and scorching winds also begin to blow. Then it becomes very troublesome. People cannot come out of their homes and all work remains suspended till evening. They cannot come work inside their houses because of heat Moreover, they do not feel energetic and a sort of dullness comes over them. They feel sleepy in the afternoon.
